- Information and assistance with uploading your book to Amazon KDP or Ingram Spark.
- Extensive revisions, such as substantial changes to the text after page layout, will be an additional cost of $45 an hour.
What About formatting for both Ingram Spark and KDP or other printers?
Our standard pricing includes formatting for printing using Ingram Spark or Amazon KDP. The biggest difference, from a design point of view, between Ingram and Amazon KDP is around their differing cover requirements. This requires a separate cover file to be created for each cover type and printer. If you would want your book printed by a local printer, That too would require a separate interior and cover files to meet their requirements.
As a general rule, formatting for a second cover style will add $75 to the cost for the project.
Covers
Many self-published authors contract with a cover designer for their book cover.
If you don't have a cover designer, we can provide cover designs using your art or purchased stock art and your back-cover text. The starting cost for a simple cover design is $150.00. Final cost may be more or less depending on the design, number of revisions, and cost of any purchased stock art.
