Site Design Cost
The cost of launching or relaunching a website can can range from nearly free to thousands of dollars. Various things can legitimately add to the cost of developing a site. Custom graphics, message crafting and advertising assistance, and features such as on-line purchasing can be expensive.
That said, the days of the high-priced web site and needing a full time web-master are pretty much over. Basic site hosting and much of site design have become quite affordable. Not quite as easy as some advertising might make it look, but adding and updating site content does not require skills much beyond basic word processing. Here are the prices for some of the packages I offer.
The consulting and support time included in these packages should be sufficient to get your new site launched with a look you like and provide training and support time to get your initial pages, posts, and content added to your new site.

Wondering about where I host my sites?
While I love the idea of small and home grown and local, for site hosting it is best to go with a web-hosting environment with a lot of experience and resources. I prefer 1and1 web hosting. They are solid, reliable, and affordable. I have hosted sites with them for over ten years and have had no complaints. (But if you already have a site hosted elsewhere, I would be glad to work with that site and provider.)
